Pregnancy is a perfect time to quit smoking.

¨ Make sure your baby is born on time, and prevent premature delivery.

¨ Improve your baby’s birth weight.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Complete application located at Rio Grande County Public Health.

Participate in the local smoking cessation program.

Quit smoking during your pregnancy.

Agree to take a simple breath test to verify your non-smoking status. This breath test will be repeated on a monthly basis after delivery to qualify for the vouchers.

After the birth of the baby, continue smoke free and receive a monthly voucher for FREE DIAPERS that can be used at Wal-Mart Stores.

NO CASH BACK

Vouchers are redeemable at Wal-Mart. They are non-transferable and only for the purchase of diapers. Vouchers can be used for any brand/size of diapers. The "Baby & Me – Tobacco Free" Program  reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the voucher before redeeming it value. All persons must be enrolled in the Baby & Me Tobacco Free program. Vouchers may not be reproduced.
